Often I find that it helps to focus or set the day at the beginning for it seems then that things go better or I am more able to meet the challenges with an inner trust or peace. Below is a short suggestion that you may find helpful too.

With a beginner’s mind, fresh and open, I can see countless ways to explore the promise these hours hold
as gift from you.
May I approach the tasks and unknown challenges that await me as if it were the first time.
Grace me with your insight as I use this time to explore new ways to live this day.”
